Once you've recognized the cause of a crash, we can help you consider how to avoid it.
If you are a new user to Mixbus, then "all" of your plugins should be considered new. And of course using a faster computer, with more CPU cores, is desirable. Generally the only way to detect this is to take notice of the performance when you start using a new plugin. The quick & easy methods to minimize the DSP load are: increase the 'buffer size' in the Audio Setup dialog use a lower sample rate, reduce the number of tracks, or reduce the number of plugins in your session.
A plugin that corrupts the program memory can result in very odd behavior or crashes in Mixbus.

Harrison is a company known for building studio consoles and has been making hardware for professional studios since the 70s. The 32C Vocal Intensity Processor Plugin makes mixing vocals fast and easy using elements from Harrisons 32C analog console and their Mixbus workstation. But we can't guarantee perfect operation on every setup. We've worked very hard to eliminate them.
